Music, for me, is about storytelling. Through rhythm, lyrics, and imagery, my songs are inspired by the story of the Blues: born in ruthlessly imposed misery, it was still powerful and resilient enough to create a legacy of enduring beauty. I honour that legacy by creating modern Blues for the here and now.
